Below are simple ways to maintain your sanity and enjoy the holiday season!

  • Exercise- move your body even if it means playing in the snow with the kids.

  • Sleep- I don't know about you but getting enough sleep makes such a difference in all areas of my life.

  • Stay hydrated- eating and drinking differently sometimes we don't prioritize water.

  • Self care- take a nap, read a book, enjoy some down time.

  • Practice saying NO- prioritize your social calendar.

  • Do your shopping online.

  • Gift less this year- take the pressure off you and others.
