Chili for a Chilly Day
Chili is a great way to warm up on chilly fall day! I am sharing a favorite that I have made for years!

Chicken Taco Chili- Ingredients:
1 small onion, chopped.
1 15.5oz can black beans, drained.
1 15.5oz can kidney beans, drained.
1 8oz can tomato sauce.
10oz package of frozen corn kernels.
2 10oz cans diced tomatoes with chilies.
4oz can chopped green chili peppers.
1 packet taco seasoning
1 tablespoon cumin
1 tablespoon chili powder.
3 boneless chicken breasts.
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
Directions:
Combine beans, onion, chili peppers, corn, tomato sauce, diced tomato, cumin, chili powder and taco seasoning in a slow cooker and mix well.
Nestle the chicken in to completely cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours or high 4-6 hours.
Half hour before serving, remove the chicken and shred.
Return chicken to slow cooker and stir in.
Top with your favorite chili toppings and enjoy.
